Consultation Scope Policy
Consultation calls are for creative and strategic guidance only. They do not include hands-on production work unless separately agreed.
The 60-minute session is best for focused questions, general guidance, and workflow advice.
The 90-minute session is best for deeper project review, scene breakdowns, visual direction, and production planning.
If the call requires a level of review or preparation beyond the session booked, I may recommend upgrading to the appropriate session or scheduling a separate project breakdown.
Hands-on production work, AI shot generation, editing, color, prompt document creation, trailer creation, visual development, or project file work requires a custom quote.
Current focus
AI productions take precedence. For the foreseeable future, AI filmmaking is my primary focus. If you are looking for help with 3D-specific work in Maya, Blender, or Unreal Engine, please submit an inquiry first to confirm availability before booking.
Booking Policy
Payment is required before submitting consultation time options.
After payment, you will be redirected to a scheduling request form where you can submit three preferred days and times in Los Angeles time / Pacific Time.
Your consultation time is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from Alessio with the selected time and Google Meet link.
All paid consultations are held through Google Meet. Cellphone calls are not offered.
If none of your proposed times work, I will follow up with alternative options.
No refunds
All consultation payments are strictly non-refundable. Once a meeting has been confirmed, any cancellations, reschedules outside the allowed window, or no-shows will not be refunded — you will need to purchase a new session to rebook.
Rescheduling before a meeting has been confirmed may be accommodated by email at Alessio's discretion, but does not entitle you to a refund.

Yes, but the 60-minute session is best for focused questions and general guidance. If you need a deeper review of a script, trailer, proof-of-concept, or full project plan, the 90-minute Project Breakdown is the better fit.
What if I book the 60-minute session but need a deeper breakdown?+
If the call needs more time or a deeper level of review, I may recommend upgrading to a 90-minute session or booking a separate project breakdown.
Do consultations include hands-on work?+
No. Consultations are for creative and strategic guidance. Hands-on work such as AI shot generation, editing, prompt document creation, trailer creation, visual development, or production work requires a custom quote.
Can you review my script or project?+
Yes. For a detailed script, scene, trailer, or project review, please book the 90-minute AI Film Project Breakdown.
Can I hire you to work directly on my film or trailer?+
Yes. Please submit a custom project inquiry. Production work is quoted separately based on scope, timeline, deliverables, revisions, and AI tool costs.
Do you offer free calls?+
I offer a free project inquiry form, but live consultations are paid. The free inquiry is for people who want to see if their project may be a good fit.
Are consultations done over the phone?+
No. Paid consultations are held through Google Meet only. Cellphone calls are not offered.

Do you work hourly or project-based?+
Consultations are session-based. Production work is usually project-based or retainer-based.
Are AI tool costs included?+
For consultation calls, no additional tool costs are included. For custom projects, AI tool costs may be billed separately depending on the scope.
Can I hire you long-term?+
Yes. Monthly retainers are available for studios, filmmakers, and creators who need ongoing AI filmmaking support.
